Many people don’t realize that Marmoleum floors can be refinished—like wood floors, they often can be restored to their near-original appearance, even after many years of use.

If your flooring is in relatively good shape, with only scratches or scuffs and perhaps a bit of minor damage, it’s usually possible to do some light sanding and then refinish for a great new look. We also can perform small repairs before refinishing if necessary.

We will provide honest advice about the condition of your current flooring and whether refinishing is a possibility instead of replacement. If we think you can extend the life of your old floor, we won’t try to sell you a new one—it’s as simple as that.
